Before the shipment the importer pays the exporter the price of the goods/service in advance.
As the collection occurs before the shipment of the goods, the exporter can easily organize its cash flow.
Export Against Documents
This is a payment method where, after the shipment of the goods, the documents relating to the receipt of the goods will be delivered to the purchaser through a correspondent of our Bank provided that the price of the goods has been paid. The inability of the recipient to clear the goods through the customs before paying the price of the goods is a guarantee for the exporter.
Export Against Goods
This is a payment method where the exporter delivers the documents referring to the goods to the importer either directly or through a bank without a charge or against a draft and the importer pays the price of the goods after clearing the goods through the customs.
Export Against Acceptance Credit
An export method where, the exporter collects the price at a draft due date agreed with the purchaser after the goods are shipped by the exporter.
Exporters can provide financing by discounting the drafts at any bank if the importers bank has given guarantee commission.
Postdated debts issued by the importer to the order of the exporter can be negotiated with a discount by our Bank for early payment to the exporter.
Forfeiting improves the liquidity of the exporter and protects the exporter from the non-payment risk and country risk of the purchaser.
Export Against Letter of Credit
The exporters bank guarantees the payment to the exporter either against the presentation of documents in conformity with the provisions of the letter of credit or at a specified maturity date.
Export Letter of Credit Discount
Under confirmed or unconfirmed letters of credit issued in favor of exporters, the price set out in the documents can be paid, with a discount, by our Bank to the exporter upon presentation of conforming documents, before the specified maturity date. So, the exporter creates funds without using any cash credit.
