Pre-shipment Export Credits (PSEC)
These are short-term Export Credits funded by the Export Credit Bank of Turkey (Eximbank) through banks for promoting exports.
The credit can be used in TL or a foreign currency by companies, with a maximum term of 360 days, against exports or exports commitment of the Turkish-origin goods identified by Eximbank.
