Plumbing services:
When you need urgent plumbing work to be carried out in your residence because of a broken/damaged piping system, a plumber is sent to your address for a total of 3 times in one year to do repair work for up to USD 50 per incident.
Electric wiring services:
If a power outage takes place in your residence because of a disorder or damage, an electrician is sent to your home for a total of 3 times in one year to do repair work for up to USD 50 per incident.
Locksmith services:
If you need to break in to your residence because the keys are lost or left somewhere else or because of an accident or theft, a locksmith is sent to your home for a total of 3 times in one year to do work for up to USD 50 per incident.
Glazer services:
If the windowpanes of your home facing outside the building are broken, a glazer is sent to your home for a total of 3 times in one year to do work for up to USD 50 per incident.
Hotel accommodation:
If your current residence is damaged because of fire or flooding to the extent that you cannot stay there, the cost of your B&B accommodation in a 4-star hotel for a maximum of 2 nights per person is covered.
Residence protection and surveillance:
If your current residence is damaged because of fire or flooding to the extent that you cannot stay there, a guard or a night watchman to protect your residence against theft is hired and the cost is covered for a maximum of 48 hours.
Vehicle Assistance Services
Vehicle Information Line:
You can receive information about towing truck/crane companies, garages and the service stations for each vehicle brand in Turkey round the clock and 365 days a year.
Vehicle towing:
If you are unable to move your vehicle due to an accident, theft or fire, the cost of having it towed is covered up to USD 150.
Rescue with crane:
If your vehicle has to be hoisted with a crane, the cost of having it transported to the authorized service is covered up to USD 250.
Taking delivery of your vehicle after repair work and a professional driver:
In case of an accident outside the city, the transportation of a person of your choice to go and bring your vehicle back is arranged and the cost is covered. If the cardholder cannot drive due to medical reasons, a professional driver is appointed to take the vehicle to the owner’s address.
Accommodation cost of the cardholder:
If your vehicle has been towed after an accident that took place outside the city and you have to wait for the repair work to finish for more than 1 day, the cost of your B&B accommodation in a 4-star hotel for a maximum of 2 nights is covered.
Completion of the cardholder’s trip:
If your warranted vehicle remains immobile for more than 1 work day, a transport vehicle is arranged and paid to take you and those who accompany you back home or to the original travel destination.
Medical Assistance Services
Medical information and counseling:
You can receive information about the addresses and telephone numbers of doctors, hospitals and pharmacies concerning all health problems you may have.
Delivery of the needed medicine:
During your intercity trips, prescribed medicine whose equivalent is not found is supplied and the shipment fee is covered for up to 5 kg.
Transportation of the hospital attendant:
If you have to stay for more than 7 days in a hospital outside your city of residence, the transportation cost for having a family member/relative to come and stay with you is covered.
Accommodation cost for hospital attendant:
If you have to stay for more than 7 days in a hospital outside your city of residence, the cost of a family member’s/relative’s B&B accommodation in a 4-star hotel or in the hospital for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights is covered.
Overseas Travel Assistance Services
Assistance service before the trip:
You can receive information about visas, passports, customs rules, foreign currencies, embassies, and consulates.
Loss of travel documents:
You can receive information about the procedures to be followed for finding lost or stolen credit cards, IDs or travel documents.
Finding and delivering lost luggage:
In the case the carrier is an IATA member, if your luggage checked-in by the related airline company is lost or sent to a wrong destination after the scheduled flight is complete, +support contacts the necessary departments and if the luggage is found, it is immediately sent to your current location.
Lost or damaged baggage:
In the case the carrier is an IATA member, if your luggage is lost or damaged and if the loss is bigger than the amount of loss settlement paid by the carrier, additional damage compensation up to USD 400 is paid by +support.
Advance payment during emergencies:
If you have to be immediately hospitalized or if your card cannot be used because it is lost or stolen, +support pays up to USD 1000 for your emergency expenses.
