As of July 2nd, 2009, our bank will deduct 3.50 TL (BSMV included) from your account as commission for each “Withdrawal” transaction you will carry out with your ING Bank Cash Card at an ATM in Turkey or in TRNC that does not belong to ING Bank.
As of December 28th, 2009, our bank will deduct 0.50 TL (BSMV included) from your account as commission for each “Balance Query” transaction you will carry out with your ING Bank Cash Card at an ATM in Turkey or in TRNC that does not belong to ING Bank.
ING Bank does not charge you for transactions carried out through our ATMs by using another bank’s card. However, the bank that has issued the card may charge a certain fixed fee when its customers use the ATMs of other banks. This fee is the same in the ATMs of all banks other than the bank that has issued the card.
