You can give your automatic payment orders through ING Bank Telephone Banking (0850 222 0 600), Internet Banking or by filling out the related brochure available in the branches of our bank.
Campaign Conditions;
ING Bonus Card holders can give payment orders also for bills that are not issued to their name.
In order for your automatic payment order with ING Bonus Card to be valid, previous orders for the related bills must have been canceled.
If the automatic payment order is canceled within a period of 6 months after the earned bonus is funded to the card, then the bonus will be added as debit to your statement of account.
If your ING Bonus Card is replaced due to loss, theft or renewal, you must notify 0850 222 0 600 ING Bank Telephone Banking or your Branch.
A maximum bonus of 20 TL can be earned in the campaign. (The number of automatic payment orders may exceed 4; however, the maximum bonus is still 20 TL.)
Earning bonuses for the second time through resubmitting a previously canceled order is not possible.
A commission that is as much as 1.5% of your bill is charged for automatic payment orders linked to a credit card with the minimum commission being 1 TL per order.
