What is the Definition of Authorizations?
With the application “Definition of Authorizations” developed for use by both our Individual and Corporate (Commercial/Business) customers, our Internet Banking customers can choose any of 4 authorization levels, and change the authorization level option they chose.

The authorization definitions below were created based on monetary transactions to be made in the Internet Banking.
Non-authorized User
Less Authorized User
More Authorized User
Fully Authorized User
Non-authorized User
Customers preferring the type of non-authorized user will start using ING Bank Internet Banking for informational purposes only. Remittances, EFT, Investment Transactions, Bill Payments and all other monetary transaction menus are closed to such users.

Less Authorized User
Customers preferring the type of Less Authorized user can also make registered money transfers besides using ING Bank Internet Banking for informational purposes. Investment Transactions, Bill Payments and menus for other monetary transactions are closed to such users. They can make transactions only on the Registered EFT, Registered Remittance and Remittance to My Own Account screens on the EFT and Remittances menus; their other EFT and remittance menus are closed.

More Authorized User
Customers preferring the type of More Authorized user can make all monetary transactions in ING Bank Internet banking. However they can make transactions only on the Registered EFT, Registered Remittance and Remittance to My Own Account screens on the EFT and Remittances menus, their other EFT and remittance menus are closed.

Fully Authorized User
Customers preferring the type of Fully Authorized user can make all monetary transactions in ING Bank Internet banking. There is no restriction.

Definitions of Authorizations for Individual Customers are only applicable to Internet Banking transactions. Users carrying out an Authorization Reduction in Internet Banking may continue to effect all transactions in ING Bank Phone Banking without any authorization restriction.
