What are the required documents for General Purpose Loans?

Salaried employees:
  • Photocopy of the payroll slip for the last month or salary letter.

Retirees:
  • Identification document issued by the relevant social security institution
  • Photocopy of bank passbook documenting income

Natural entity merchants without a legal entity and self-employed persons:

Do I have to be an ING customer to apply for a general purpose loan through ATM's?

No, you can apply for a general purpose loan through ATM's even if you are not an ING Bank customer.

Is it possible to apply for a general purpose loan through ATMs without a Debit Card or Credit Card?

Even if you don't have your ING Debit Card or Credit Card with you, you can apply for a general purpose loan 24 hours day, 7 days a week by only pressing the ENTER key.

All you have to do is to enter the information below on the Cardless Transactions Menu that appears on the screen upon pressing the ENTER key.
  • Your TC identification number
  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your monthly net income information

You will be immediately informed of the result of your loan application with an SMS sent to your mobile phone. You can take out your approved general purpose loan from any ING Bank branch you want.

Can I apply for a general purpose loan through Telephone Banking?

You can only apply for our general purpose loan product in campaign. To apply for our other loan products.

How can I pay the interest of Overdraft Account?

The total interest amount accrued for the amount you have used throughout one month is reflected on your account once a month. You don't have to perform any additional transactions.

You must regularly pay the interest amount reflected on your account. In the case that the interest amount is not paid regularly, your Overdraft Account becomes overdue. Once a year, the loan amount you have used through your Overdraft Account must be paid in full, and your Overdraft Account must maintain a positive balance for at least one day.

How can I apply for Overdraft Account?

You can apply for Overdraft Account through the Online Banking Applications menu, Overdraft Account application/limit increase step or our ATM's.

If you are not a customer of our bank, you can make your application through our nearest branch.

Is there a fee for the Overdraft Account statement?

When the Overdraft Account Statement is sent to your address by regular mail, you will be charged a monthly fee of 3.99 TL. If you wish, you can request your free e-statement through the Online Banking Security-PIN Transactions menu, Contact Preferences step.

How can I open an Overdraft Account through Telephone Banking? Can I get information about my Overdraft Account?

If you are a customer of our bank, you can apply for an Overdraft Account through 0850 222 0 600 Telephone Banking. When you log in with your Telephone Banking user code and PIN, our customer representative will inform you about your account details.

Can I track my Overdraft Account through Online Banking?

You can track the details and activities of your Overdraft Account through Online Banking Accounts menu, My Accounts step.

How can I open an Overdraft Account through Online Banking?

Our individual customers can apply for an Overdraft Account through the Online Banking Applications menu, Overdraft Account step, Application/Limit Increase option.

How can I increase my Overdraft Account limit?

To increase your Overdraft Account limit, you can submit your application through the Online Banking Applications menu, Overdraft Account/Limit Increase step.

You can also submit your limit increase request through our ATM's and our nearest branch.

How can I take advantage of KOSGEB's SME Support Programs?

To take advantage of KOSGEB's SME Support Programs and to grow your company at suitable costs, you must become a member in the KOSGEB Database and your KOSGEB SME Declarations must be up-to-date.

Creating a new entry in the KOSGEB Database

To register your company in the KOSGEB Database, follow the transaction steps explained in detail in the 'How to register in the database' menu on kosgeb.gov.tr.

After completing the registration steps, you must fill out a 'SME Declaration'. To fill out the declaration, you can get help from the 'How to fill out a SME Declaration' menu available on kosgeb.gov.tr. The declaration's compliance with the legislation will be checked by a KOSGEB official.

You can sign and submit the printouts to KOSGEB Service Centers and complete your transactions.

Information Update for KOSGEB Members

To update your SME Declaration, you can follow the steps in the 'How to fill out a SME Declaration' menu available on kosgeb.gov.tr. If you are not sure whether or not your declaration is up-to-date, you can query the status of your company by clicking the 'Company Status Query' link on kosgeb.gov.tr and using the tax identification number of your company.

  • Account status document for the last 3 years. 
  • Balance sheet and profit/loss statement (along with explanatory information). If the first three months of the year has passed, company's trail balance or interim balance sheet for the quarterly periods. 
  • Trade Registry Gazette (regarding establishment, change of shares, capital increase, change of address and articles of incorporation) 
  • Attendance sheet (For limited liability companies, a document showing partnership structure satisfies the requirement.) 
  • Notarized signatory circular of persons who are authorized to represent the company.

Letter of Reference are documents issued upon the request of our customers mainly operating in the construction and contracting sectors, who have been granted a credit line. Based on your request, they can be issued in TL or foreign currency.

What is a Letter of Guarantee?

Letters of guarantee are documents issued to public establishments and organizations, and other legal entities, undertaking that an undertaking will be fulfilled within a specified period and in accordance with the specified conditions, and that if the undertaking is not fulfilled, the amount that must be paid by the undertaking party will be paid by the bank.
